I just went to the Mandee store on Rego park queens New York
The women employees in this store are so rude. I came in today on my lunch break and as usual someone is always on the phone speakerphone at that having a long conversation as if theres no one in the store AnyWho Ive picked up a shirt and I move towards the counter the lady that was at the register, pretending that she didnt see me and decided to walk away as she walked away.
She was putting up a sign. Another employee was like to me. Are you ready? I said yes she was like oh I cant help her cause Im putting up a sign.
I was on my lunch break so I had to leave. I just felt like that it was so unprofessional, the Sign couldve waited, and she couldve help me.

Rude & Unprofessional employees
I was shopping with my step daughter on New Years Eve around 3:30pm-4:10pm & I saw a jacket that I wanted which there only happened to be one on the mannequin so I went to check the size the (2) employees in the front started yelling at me & telling me if I touch their mannequins & they break that I am paying for them not to touch their mannequins. I told one of them excuse me miss I would like to purchase this jacket am I not allowed to purchase this merchandise ?she proceeded to ignore me.
How rude ! I told her how childish she was and that they were both completely unprofessional and rude. Unbelievable this is who we hire to deal with customers? It is disgusting & to top it off most of the reviews on this particular mandee (1246 Hamburg turnpike, Wayne NJ Mandee) are similar to mine!
Disgusting customer service! Someone needs to be fired!
