Mandee - Poor customer service
I shopped at Mandee Store #6327 10/14/18. My shopping experience was pleasant. I specifically asked if the items were returnable as I did not try anything on. I was told that they could be returned. No one said for "store credit only". When I got home I realized that something did not fit properly. I went to return the item and was told I could only receive store credit back. I did not want a store credit. The sales girl at the register preceded to argue with me that it is Store Policy for store credit only. I told her I was not told that and that I specifically asked about returns. Mind you the item we were arguing over was all of $15. I asked for a manager. Tessa was there that day and she too continued to argue about the return policy. Both sales girls were young, rude and snippy. I told her there should be a sign stating this policy, which at that point she showed me a sign that was blocked by a basket of merchandise. I told her she should write it on the receipt and all both girls did was proclaim that I was wrong and when I made the purchase it was clearly stated about the return policy. WRONG!!! In the end I did get my credit card credited, but it was so distressing of how I was spoken to and treated. My last remark was considering I am a bit older then they are, they should show some respect. Sorry to say I wont be shopping there again!!
